Connor O Mahony criticises bank’s attitude to individual customers

Banks have a duty of responsibility to the customer. That`s according to Connor O Mahoney of the Reaction Group. He says banks are more interested in increasing profit margins and are more focused on larger accounts than the individual customer.The comments were made following reports that five former AIB executives set up an offshore company which broke tax laws and has inappropriate dealings with its investment sector AIB investment managers. Speaking on this mornings Kerry Today he said the attitude of financial institutions needs to change.
