Case of four men charged in connection with Kilcummin break-in adjourned

Four men charged in connection with a break-in in Kilcummin have had their case adjourned until October.

The group are charged with entering Aisling House, Coolick, Kilcummin on Wednesday March 22nd as trespassers with intent to commit theft.

27-year-old Gerard Knee of 25 Ardren Court, Athy, Co. Kildare and 32-year-old Patrick Quilligan of 19 Yellow Lough Park, Rathangan, Co. Kildare were remanded on continuing bail; changes to curfew and signing on requirements at a Garda Station were agreed.

Brothers 33-year-old Michael Mooney of 15 Fr Murphy Park, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford and 34-year-old Brian Mooney of 25 Fairfield’s Close, Adamstown, Co. Wexford were also remanded on continuing bail.

Judge James O’Connor adjourned the case to October 18th at Killarney District Court to allow time for DPP directions.
