Brogan A Doubt For Leinster Final

Dublin GAADublin forward Bernard Brogan is a doubt for Sundays Leinster final. The Irish Indepenent report that he picked up a hand injury and may miss out on the game against Westmeath. Meanwhile, it’s reported that Brendan Murphy could be between the sticks for Meath in this Saturdays All Ireland qualifier with Tyrone. Murphy retired in 2011 but accoring to the Irish Daily Mirror he’s been made part of the playing squad having been involved as a coach. The Royals are light on options at nunber one after Paddy O’Rourke’s red card against Westmeath in the Leinster semi final. It’s also reported this morning that Michael Carton has left the Dublin hurling panel ahead of Saturdays qualifier against Limerick. Carton was an unused sub in last weeks win over Laois having featured a full back at times this season.
