Brian Curtin drink driving summonses are adjourned

Two drink driving related summonses against Circuit Judge Brian Curtin have been adjourned at Tralee District court today to be brought up for mention on the 8th of December. He’s facing charges of driving with excess alcohol at Clounalour on May 8th last and of refusing to give a sample when asked by Garda Jacqueline Tracey. Barrister for the DPP Mr Remy Farrell objected to the adjournment applied for by Robert Perise Solicitor. Mr Pierse handed two medical certs into The Court and Judge Humphrey Kelleher granted the adjournment.
