Billy Burke’s family calls for public to carry donor cards

The family and friends of Billy Burke are asking those who wish to mark Billys passing to start carrying a donor card. Billy lost his battle against Cystic Fibrosis yesterday morning at The Mater Hospital in Dublin. He spent four years on a waiting list and in April thousands of people in Killorglin held a rally to highlight his case. Billy will be laid to rest at his home town of Killorglin tomorrow morning. Family friend Anne Foley says the best to commemorate Billy`s memory is to begin carrying a donor card.
