Bench unveiled in memory of American who died in biking accident in Gap of Dunloe

A memorial bench has been unveiled to honour an American woman who lost her life in a cycling accident in the Gap of Dunloe.

Sixty-nine-year-old Janet Price from Washington State died in May last year after falling from her bike.

Her husband Don Theiler returned to Killarney this week and unveiled a stone bench honouring his late wife.

It is located near the coffee shop in the Gap of Dunloe and includes an inscription about Ms Price.
