Ballylongford councillor praises efforts to curb Halloween anti-social behaviour

A Kerry County Councillor has praised efforts to curb anti-social behaviour on Halloween night in a north Kerry village.

Gardai and local people joined forces in Ballylongford last night to ensure that anti-social behaviour witnessed on previous years didn’t reoccur.

Up to twenty local people volunteered to walk around the village last evening and there was an active Garda presence.
