Applications have opened for Kerry businesses for the Restart Grant Plus Scheme.
An additional €300 million in funding is available for businesses across the country.
The eligibility criteria has also expanded, ensuring more businesses can avail of it.
Businesses that received a grant under the initial Restart Grant scheme can re-apply to receive additional funding.
For first-time applicants under Restart Plus, the minimum grant is €4,000 and the maximum is €25,000.
Medium sized companies with up to 250 employees can now apply; previously the grant was for companies with less than 50 employees.
Non-rateable B&Bs, sports clubs with commercial activities, and trading charity shops are also now eligible.
Businesses must have suffered a 25% loss of expected turnover between April 1st and June 30th, and commit to reopening and to hiring and sustaining employment.
