American hurricanes blow Jellyfish onto Kerry beaches

Large numbers of bright blue jelly fish like creatures have been blown on to Kerry beaches. It is believed that hurricanes battering the American east coast are responsible for sending millions of By The Wind Sailor Fish to the South and West coasts of the country. Kevin Flannery of The Department of the Marine fisheries office says that people initially thought the luminous fish were oil pollution when they first arrived a month ago. Mr. Flannery also says there is now a possibility considering prevailing winds that the venomous Portuguese ‘Man O War’ could arrive on Irish shores.
