Aer Arann customers complain of delays

Aer Arann customers using the Kerry route have been complaining to The Department of Transport about regular delays. The airline is paid a government subsidy of four million euro a year to operate the route and a series of long delays in recent weeks have left the airport dealing with a number of irate customers. Spokesman for the airport Peter Bellew says the reliability of the flights to Dublin has slipped in the last couple of weeks and corporate customers are loosing faith in Aer Aran.
