A Landlord’s Dealing With Accused Fraudster – January 4th, 2023

Tim Hourigan rented a property in Kenmare last March to a woman who identified herself as Jade Williams. However, this woman also identified herself as ‘Carrie Jade Williams’, a writer and self-styled disability advocate. It’s believed her real name is Samantha Cookes, a convicted fraudster.
