40 Kerry locations take part in 2018 Tidy Towns Competition

40 locations in Kerry took part in this year’s Tidy Towns Competition.

Several areas returned to the competition in 2018.

This year’s 60th National Tidy Towns Competition saw Asdee, Causeway and Knocknagoshel all return to take part.

There were forty towns and villages in Kerry competing this year; up from 38 last year and 33 in 2016.

The locations competed in six categories, which are based on population size ranging from under 200 to up to 25,000.
