Up to 35 jobs could be created in Kerry by homecare provider

Up to 35 jobs could be created in Kerry in the healthcare sector.

Homecare provider, BlueBird Care is recruiting for 450 jobs across its 26 offices nationwide.

It’s after the company won a HSE contract to provide home help.

The Tralee BlueBird Care office, which covers County Kerry and West Cork, is set to take on a minimum of 20 people, but that could rise to up to 35 positions.

These will be a mix of full and part time, and will be mainly health care assistant posts, but there will also be nursing and other positions too.

There’ll be an open day at the Tralee office on Godfrey Place on Wednesday September 19th, where people can find out more about the roles.

Financial Controller for BlueBird Care Kerry / West Cork, Gerry Hartnett is hopeful of 35 positions being created in Kerry.
