14 Aer Arann passengers forced to travel by bus.

A technical problem with a 66-seater Aer Arann plane left 14 passengers having to travel by bus from Kerry to Dublin yesterday. The 9am flight to the capital had to be served by a 48 seater plane. Passengers were facilitated on a first-come first served basis.Jennifer Mooney, Communications Director for Aer Arann told Radio Kerry that the company apologised to all passengers who had been inconvenienced yesterday morning. She said it had not been possible to contact intending passengers in advance, but that this policy would be reviewed.
