Over a third have already cast their vote in Kerry in today’s General Election. Compared to the 2011, turnout across the county is up a couple of points, as polling stations prepare to facilitate the traditional tea-time rush. In CBS Tralee, turnout is running as high as 45% while in Presentation Tralee, 33% turnout has been reported. In Blennerville 35% have cast their vote while in Castleisland turnout stands at 33%. In Killarney turnout is ranging from 34 to 37% – with 38% in Cahersiveen. Cromane is reporting 28% while in Kenmare, turnout stands at 44%. Dingle stands at 32% while west of the town Glens is reporting 36%. In North Kerry, a 35% turnout has been so far reported in Listowel.
