Valentia observatory recorded the highest level of rainfall in the country in June, according to figures released by met Eireann.The south Kerry observatory recorded a total of 94mm of rainfall in June, and also recorded the highest daily rainfall in the month , 27.9mm on June 5th.However, the good news is that Valentia also recorded it’s highest mean temperature for June in 23 years.The average temperature of 14.5 degrees Celsius was the highest recorded in Kerry in June since 1982.
