An Bord Pleanala is considering two separate planning cases relating to proposed housing developments near Killarney.
The demolition of an extension and construction of seven houses at New Road, Coollegrean will be decided upon by May 10th.
Separately, a decision is due on the same date on the installation of a community mechanical aeration system and perimeter security fence for 67 proposed houses at Ballynamaunagh, Kilcummin.
