Two defibrillators installed in Inch in memory of nuns who lost their lives

Two defibrillators have been installed in Inch. Inch Beach A fundraising effort began last year after Sister Imelda Carew and Sister Paula Buckley lost their lives when they got into difficulty while swimming at Inch Beach on August 15th. The two women – who were 67 and 70 – were on holiday in west Kerry. One defibrillator has been installed at Sammy’s on Inch beach with the second one in Inch Community Centre.
