Tralee solicitor wants Fennelly Commission to establish if clients and solicitors were recorded

A Tralee based solicitor who has submitted documentation to the Fennelly Commission wants it to establish if there were recordings between solicitors and clients. Pa Daly SF 1 Pa Daly was asked to hand over phone numbers and landline numbers to the commission six months ago, along with a number of other solicitors in Tralee. The Fennelly Commission is investigating what was known by Gardai about the recordings of non 999 calls and the use of recordings over a period of 30 years. Pa Daly, who’s a Sinn Féin county councillor, says he and other solicitors want to know if recordings were made between solicitors and their clients in Garda stations in Kerry.
