Tralee man found guilty of possession of cannabis at Tralee Circuit Court

Tralee Courthouse2A Tralee man has been found guilty of two counts of possession of cannabis and one count of obstructing gardaí at Tralee Circuit Court. Mark O’Sullivan of 23 Caharanne Close Tralee had pleaded NOT guilty to two counts of possession of cannabis, two  counts of possession of cannabis for sale or supply and a final charge of obstructing a garda by throwing cannabis into the fire at 13 Gallowsfield, Tralee on January 10th 2012. He was found NOT guilty of the two charges of possession for sale or supply. Mr O’Sullivan was remanded on continuing bail to the January 11th sitting of the court when a date for sentencing will be finalised. The jury is exempted from jury service for 5 years.
