Tralee based company to receive €900,000 in EU funding

A company based in Tralee has been earmarked for a major EU grant to tackle losses in oil seed crops using Irish seaweed. Brandon Bioscience stands to gain up to €900,000 under the Horizon 2020 programme for its “Sea More Yield” project. Horizons 2020 The company currently manufactures marine-based bio-stimulant matter used in crop production in over 40 countries.
