One of the country’s biggest broadband providers has admitted that some customers in Kerry have been experiencing problems with their service. A number of customers of Three in West Kerry say they’ve been experiencing disruption to their broadband in recent weeks. Three says it’s carried out work on its sites in Kerry in recent weeks. It says steps were taken to ensure continuity of service for customers, it’s aware that some broadband users may be experiencing service issues. Three says the work is part of its 300 million euro investment in services. It’s apologised to customers for any inconvenience caused. Three says they may contact customer care to help resolve the issue.
