Unions and staff at the Goblin plant in Tralee are waiting to hear from management after yesterday`s rejection of a package for 43 redundancies. Staff turned down the offer of one week plus statutory by a 95 per cent majority. Management have been advised of the vote and its now up to them to decide on the next course of action.
