Residents in the Spa area of Tralee are pledging to continue their campaign against the construction of a communications mast by Meteor. It`s now emerged that the application is on hold after planners told Meteor it’s invalid as the site notice was not properly displayed.However anti-mast campaigners are warning that the threat has not gone away and say they have 70 to 80 signed objections ready when Meteor re-apply. Campaigner Fiona O’Sullivan says there are many reasons why the mast should not be erected in the area.
