Declan says many fishermen have had their boats tied up since November 4th, because they are self employed they are not entitled to social welfare and therefore have had no income in the past two months. He says the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Simon Coveney needs to extend the flooding compensation package for farmers to fishermen too.
