Brazil continue to top the list with the Czech Republic replacing France in second to become Europes highest ranking team.England are up 2 places to 6th, leapfrogging Spain and Mexico and sit behind 5th place Holland. Northern Ireland fall to 113th, Scotland are up to 86th while Wales are down two places to 73rd.
