Senator calls for regulation to solve anarchic casual trading in Kenmare

A Kenmare based senator is calling for trading bye-laws for the town to eliminate what he describes as a sinister element to trading on the annual Kenmare Fair Day. Fianna Fáil Senator Mark Daly from Kenmare Last year there were allegations of money being charged to set up stalls in the town. Kerry County Council says it would encourage any person to report such incidents to the Gardaí and if it becomes aware of these issues, it will report them also.
