There’s bad new for Kilkenny hurling supporters this morning. It’s reported that Richie Hogan will miss the early stages of the Championship with a broken hand. The Irish Daily Mail writes that Hogan did the damage playing for Danesfort and the club have confirmed that he’ll miss the next 10 weeks or so. The Cats open the defence of their Leinster title against Dublin in Portlaoise on June 11th.
