Radio Kerry has signed a new ten year contract with the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland. The BCI awarded the contract after a lengthy application process. It ensures Radio Kerry will continue to broadcast to the county for the next decade. The station first went on air in 1990 and has continued to be a market leader since then. The company now employs 23 full time staff and 20 part time staff as well as a number of freelance contributors.
