Queues form as banks re-open in Greece after three weeks

Long queues formed early this morning in Greece – as banks open their doors, after a three-week shutdown. Greek Church Cash withdrawals of 420 euros a week remain in place – but customers will now be able to take out the entire amount at once instead of 60 euro a day. An increase in VAT on restaurant food and public transport are also coming into force – after eurozone leaders agreed to a third bailout in exchange for reforms. Negotiations are expected to begin in the coming days on the 86 billion euro bailout deal.
