Public appeal sees Kerry teenager reunited with iPad after mix up

A teenage girl who lost her iPad and other belongings after mistakenly putting them into a stranger’s car has been reunited with her possessions. Radio Kerry Last Friday afternoon, sixteen year old Rosie Twomey from Derrymore accidently put her belongings into a car on Rock Street, Tralee believing it was her friend’s mother’s car. However, it wasn’t and Rosie was bereft over losing her iPad Air, her clothes and makeup. Her mother Karen made an appeal to the owner of the car on Kerry Today. The car’s owner, Pat Corridan from North Kerry, hadn’t seen Rosie’s items because they were covered over with coats. However, he became aware of the teenager’s plight as a result of the publicity. Karen is praising Pat for his honesty and says she always believed Rosie would be reunited with her belongings. [audio_player src=””]
