Over 1600 census forms in Kerry yet to be returned

There are over 1600 census forms in Kerry yet to be returned–that’s according to the Central Statistics Office. census.ie_2016_cmyk56,700 forms were delivered to the Kerry public for last month’s census, and enumerators have been collecting completed forms since. The CSO remind the public they are legally obliged to fill out the forms, and those who don’t can be fined up to €25,000. Kathleen Goulding of the CSO says the deadline for returning completed census forms has passed, but those who have not returned the forms can do so by post.
