No Kerry developers applied to be part of €50 million infrastructure scheme

No developers applied to Kerry County Council to be part of a new €50 million development scheme for infrastructure.

The government issued a call for proposals in August under the new Local Infrastructure Activation Fund.

It’s part of the programme of investment under Rebuilding Ireland: An Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness.

Kerry County Council advertised the scheme, inviting submissions for large-scale developments, at minimum in excess of 150 houses.

The closing date for submissions was the 23rd of September, but none were received.
