Almost nine out of ten households in Kerry have a car.
That’s according to the latest data released by the Central Statistics Office on Census 2016.
Of the 54,228 households in the county, 43% (23,335) said they had one car, 35% (18,734) have two cars, 6% (3,224) have three cars and almost 2% (997) had at least four cars.
12% (6,767) of households don’t have a car and just over 2% (1,231) did not answer.
