White fish quotas for Kerry fishermen have been increased.
It follows a two day meeting on quotas in Europe which Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney attended.
In the South and West fishermen in Dingle, Ros a Mhil, Union Hall and Dunmore East see their white fish quota increase by 7 per cent.
The fleet in the south west also sees the quota for albacore tuna rise 3 per cent.
The increase in quotas for Irish fishermen is worth 10 million euro more annually.
