The vast majority of local authorities are moving towards smoke-free playgrounds.

That is according to a new report from the Institute of Public Health on smoke-free spaces on the island of Ireland.

A new report shows 82% of the country’s local authorities have implemented or agreed to implement smoke-free playground policies.

Kerry County Council agreed in November of 2012 to adopt the initiative.
