« BackUp to forty new jobs to be created in South Kerry

QuinlansUp to forty jobs are to be created by a south Kerry seafood company.

This follows news that the Renard Pier in South Kerry is to be designated for commercial fish landings.

The Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney confirmed the news, which is pending the completion of safety works and subsequent assessment.

Deputy Brendan Griffin and Deputy Michael Healy-Rae both welcomed the news saying that it is a major boost to the local economy, and will support and create additional jobs in the growing local fish processing industry.
