Tralee’s Tidy Towns Committee believes the town has the potential to win the national title.
How Tralee achieves this goal will be among a number of issues discussed at a meeting tonight.
The county town retained gold in this year’s Tidy Towns competition and it’s hoped this can act as a launch pad for Tralee to excel even further. Tralee Tidy Towns is holding a public meeting tonight (Tuesday) in the Grand Hotel at 7.30.
Cllr Sam Locke is chairman of the Tralee Tidy Towns group.He says there’s still a problem with litter in some parts of the town and the meeting wants to address this.
Sam Locke also wants more people to get involved.
