The marathon will begin at the Dingle Marina car-park at 9 am tomorrow morning.

It follows the same route as last year’s run, with the half marathon finishing at Krugers, Dún Chaoin and the full returning to Dingle.

Main Street will operate as a two-way system between 8 am and 3 pm, and parking will be restricted from the bottom of the street up to Fairfield Close.

Traffic approaching from the West will be diverted via the old hospital for the duration of the event as Strand Street will be closed from the Milltown roundabout.

No through traffic will be allowed enter Strand Street from the Tracks between 8:30 am and 9.15, and again from 11 to 3 pm.

On the marathon route, Sayers Cross to Dún Chaoin will be closed between 9.15 to 12:30.
