A new report claims that tourists are worth over €400 million to the Kerry economy.
The figure is contained in a new study by DCU’s Tony Foley which was commissioned by the drinks industry.
His “Hospitality employment in Dail constituencies 2016” claims that that over nine-and-a-half-thousand people are employed in the hospitality industry here.
It also suggest there are 435 pubs in Kerry, as well as 50 hotels, and 138 restauraunts within the county at present.
The reports claims agricultural output in the county is also worth €6.5million.
