Three commercial premises in Kerry have hit the market.
The investment properties are located in Killarney and Listowel.
The building which is home to the Bank of Ireland branch on New Street Killarney is on the market and described as a prime investment opportunity. The building is fully let to Bank of Ireland on a 25 year lease from August 2011 meaning the tenant is not affected by the sale. The building has a guide price of 4.89 million euro.
The Killarney Valley Hotel in Fossa which trades as the Travel Inn Hotel is also being sold. The four star 64 bedroom hotel is laid out in an apartment style which would allow for conversion into individual apartments. It is located 3 kilometres from Killarney on the Ring of Kerry and has a bar, restaurant and function room and has a guide price of 2 million euro.
An Post are offering the former outlet in Listowel for sale asking in excess of €125,000. The two floor building on William Street has an annual rent of €15,000.
