10 people in Kerry are included on the latest list of tax defaulters amounting to almost 1.2 million euro.
Nationally the list published by Revenue shows 108 taxpayers made settlements with Revenue in the three months to the end of June – amounting to 18.5 million euro.
The largest settlement in Kerry worth almost 672 thousand euro was that of Moriarty Industries of the Gap of Dunloe, Beaufort, Killarney for underdeclaration of VAT.
Two of the settlements made in Kerry in the second quarter of 2015 were worth over 100,000 euro.
Halmur Limited, construction cost consultants in Farran, Causeway made a settlement worth over 184 thousand euro for the under declaration of PAYE and PRSI.
Farmer Timothy Galvin of Carnahone, Beaufort, Killarney settled for almost 153 thousand euro for the underdeclaration of income tax.
Haulier Elaine Kearney of Coolnadeen, Ballymacelligott, Tralee made a settlement of over 78 thousand euro for the underdeclaration of income tax, VAT, PAYE and PRSI.
Louis McDonagh a solicitor based in The Square, Listowel settled for over 67 and a half thousand euro for the underdeclaration of income tax.
The next largest settlement was for over 30,000 euro made by retired company director Brendan Harty of Dromature, Ballyheigue.
The remaining four settlements in Kerry were for 5,000 euro or less.
