The Programme for Government between Fine Gael and Independents has been published this afternoon.
The 155 page documents outlines what the new minority administration will do in areas like housing, health, education and crime prevention.
In a statement, Taoiseach Enda Kenny says that at the core of the agreement is a single objective – to make people’s lives better in every part of the country.
The document commits to creating 200,000 jobs by 2020 and increasing spending on public services by at least €6.75bn by 2021.
It also says the Government will aim to “meet the target of building 25,000 new homes needed every year by 2020.”
