« BackSubmission deadline extended for Dingle Film Festival Irish language Físín proposals

fisinThe submission deadline for short film proposals as Gaeilge for the Dingle Film Festival has been extended.

The Físín project – which targets and encourages filmmaking in Irish – is now inviting proposals until next Monday, October 31st.

Applicants are asked to submit an idea for a short film in Irish.

Ten of the best ideas will be shortlisted for a script development weekend next month and from that up to five finalists will be invited to pitch their ideas at the Dingle Film Festival next March.

The competition has a cash prize of €5,000 – the winner will also receive €2,000 worth of film equipment hire – more information is available at DingleFilmFestival.com.
