Floodwaters in many parts of the county have now receded following heavy rainfall last night.
All major routes are passable and the only road to remain closed in the county is the R570 road between Glenflesk and Barraduff.
Roads in the Tralee area have been cleared, including the bypass and Ballymullen
In Killarney the Foiladown road near Glenflesk has re-opened as has the road between Coolcorcoran and Knockeendubh.
Motorists are advised to watch out for the surface water on the roads this evening and tomorrow morning and to take precautions with their property ahead of forecasted high winds and risk of coastal flooding.
Communications Officer with Kerry County Council, Owen O’Shea, says the Status Yellow wind warning is in place for Kerry from 9pm tonight to 9am tomorrow morning and motorists should remain vigilant.
