Six of the latest graduates from the Garda Training College are from Kerry.
The 144 probationer gardaí passed out at a ceremony in Templemore yesterday, which was attended by the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Frances Fitzgerald, and the Garda Commissioner Nóirín O’Sullivan.
The Kerry graduates are Dominik Przyborski from Firies and Thomas Moroney of Ballylongford – both of whom will be stationed at Henry Street in Limerick.
Jonathon Scott of Tralee will serve in Portlaoise, and Marguerite McGillycuddy from Killarney will be stationed Rathmines in Dublin, while Teddy Doyle of Templenoe and Joan Evans from Castlemaine will be based in Nenagh, Co Tipperary.
None of the new graduates will be stationed in the Kerry Division.
