The auction organised by agents Allsop takes place on October 22nd.

The Monavalley Service Station in Tralee, which has a ten year lease with an annual rent of 41,500 euro, has a reserve of between 350,000 and 400,000 euro.

A detached three bedroom house at The Powerline, Listowel has a guide of 65,000 euro.

70,000 euro is the reserve for another detached three bedroom house this time in Glencuttane, Beaufort, Killarney.

Apartment 302 in The Parklands, Tralee has a reserve of 30,000 euro.

Semi detached house 4 Capparoe Cottages, Kenmare has a reserve of 35,000 euro.

45,000 euro is the guide for 5 Sand Dune Cottages in Banna which also goes under the hammer.
