A seafood restaurant in south Kerry is among seven properties in the county to go under the hammer at an auction in Dublin over the coming days.
The Sheilin Restaurant in Waterville has a reserve of €150,000 to €170,000 and includes a restaurant with seating for 45 people as well as an eight-bedroom residence overhead.
Six residential properties also feature in the Allsop auction which takes place today and on Thursday.
Knockaderry House in Farranfore is the highest priced property on the list. The detached seven-bedroom house on over an acre has planning permission for an extension and a new garage – the reserve range is up to €150,000.
A three-bedroom house in Cashen Court, Listowel had a reserve not to exceed €65,000 while a thatched house in Old Killarney Village in Aghadoe is priced at up to €95,000.
Three bedroom houses in The Brambles, Ballybunion (€75,000), Sunnyhill Drive, Dromnevane, Kenmare (€70,000), are also listed. €55,000 is the asking price for a first floor, two bedroom apartment at Fairway Heights in The Kerries in Tralee.
Approximately €60 million worth of properties are on offer over the two days.
