A Castleisland supermarket is among seven Kerry properties going under the hammer at a Dublin auction later this month.
The retail outlet on Main Street, compromising a convenience store and storage is currently trading as Centra.
It’s among 150 properties listed on the catalogue of the Allsop’s auction at the RDS on June 30th.
The total value reserved for properties at the auction is almost €30m and the sale includes a range of properties in Kerry.
These include a four-bedroom house in Ballyheighue with a reserve of €100,000, a semi-detached three-bedroom house in Lixnaw reserved at €45,000, and a detached house on Valentia Island reserved at €40,000.
Auctioneer Robert Hoban says a large portion of the 61 houses and 13 apartments are located in the greater Dublin area.
The auctioneers are billing the Castleisland shop as one of the highlights of the sale.
The property carries a reserve of between €350,000 and €400,000.
The other Kerry properties are a two-bedroom house at Ballymacquinn, a mid-terrace six-bedroom house in Listowel, and a three-bedroom dwelling in Lyrecrumpane.
