« BackResult of 3rd count from Listowel Count Afresh

Power was out temporarily to part of the John Mitchels GAA Club including the PA system which resulted in Returning Officer Charlie O’Sullivan having to give the results of count three to the rapt crowd using his voice.

Power has now been fully restored.

This count afresh arose following a legal challenge taken by Independent candidate Dan Kiely who narrowly missed out on a seat in the local elections of 2014.
